Dr. Michael Rager: Chiropractor in Joliet

Dr. Michael Rager is a licensed and Board-certified chiropractor and acupuncturist dedicated to helping his patients alleviate their pain and to guiding them toward optimal health.

A Chicagoland native, Dr. Rager earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard and went on to receive his doctorate degree in Chiropractic Medicine from the National University. He has completed numerous courses and seminars on kinesiology, rehabilitation, nutrition, and sports injuries and received certifications in Acupuncture and the Pettibon Technique, which is a comprehensive rehabilitation program for the spine’s hard and soft tissues.

Dr. Rager founded ChiroHealthCare Ltd. in 2005 after completing clinical rotations at the National College of Chiropractic and working in private integrated practices throughout the western suburbs.

Specializing in the treatment of back, neck, shoulder, arm and foot pain as well as headaches and sports- and work-related injuries, Dr. Rager treats every patient as an individual, assessing their physical conditions and goals and devising a custom treatment plan to best meet their specific needs.
