The First Visit
The initial patient visit includes a full consultation, with Dr. Rager obtaining a complete history, performing a physical exam, and ordering the necessary diagnostic studies. The examination comprises standard chiropractic, orthopedic, neurological, and physical tests performed by the doctor. As warranted by the results, Dr. Rager devises a customized treatment plan. If additional diagnostic studies are required, Dr. Rager refers his patients to other qualified medical professionals for additional testing and professional consultations.
Determination of Care
Dr. Rager personally discusses the results of the physical examination and all laboratory and diagnostic tests with each patient in detail. If chiropractic care can help the condition, recommendations on the best course of treatment are presented. As partners in their own healthcare choices, patients are encouraged ask questions and make the final decision on their treatment plans.
Treatment
ChiroHealthCare Ltd. specializes in compassionate treatment that includes chiropractic adjustments, rehabilitation exercises, acupuncture, and nutritional recommendations. To ensure that each patient receives comprehensive care and the required healthcare expertise, other specialists may be consulted with the patient’s permission.
Insurance and Payments
ChiroHealthCare Ltd. works with all major insurance carriers and accepts Medicare. Worker’s compensation and insurance claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. Insurance coverage is verified with the carrier for reimbursement. Unless prior financial arrangements have been made, payment is due at the time of service.
